Risify Tools provides free website analysis tools including:

• Schema Checker - Structured data validation
• Tech Checker - Technology stack detection
• AI Brand Report - AI visibility analysis
• CRO Audit - Conversion rate optimization analysis
• Competitor Analysis - Competitive benchmarking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You may register using:

• Email (magic link authentication)
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Submit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit our crawling infrastructure
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Use the Service to analyze websites you do not have permission to analyze
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Solverhood OÜ and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Analysis reports generated by the Service are provided for your informational use. You may share these reports, but you may not claim them as your own original work.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

When you use Google Sign-In, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Analysis results will be completely accurate or comprehensive
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVERHOOD OÜ AND STATSUP, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in the Service
• Any decision made based on information obtained from the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solverhood OÜ, StatsUp, LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
